My experience with Air Craftsmen HVAC is that they are always on time, do high quality neat work and never try to “up sell” anything. Over the past years Corey Eaton, the owner of Air Craftsmen had personally made several repairs to my 20 year old HVAC system. I was so impressed with the quality of his work and his professional demeanor that I eventually had him and his team replace both of my home’s HVAC systems. I am very satisfied with the overall value and outcome of my 2 newly installed HVAC systems. You can not go wrong in using Air Craftsmen HVAC Inc for your HVAC needs. I highly recommend Corey Eaton and his team.

Our home is 22 years old and thought it might be time to replace the AC unit. We called Cory at Air Craftsmen because they are local and they have great reviews. During this heat wave we knew we had to be flexible. We just needed a service consultation. Cory was able to fit us in about 2 weeks after the initial call. Chris just left our house. We felt he was honest and we trusted his expert opinion about our system. It’s 22 years old…..it’s working now…..but replace it in the spring on our terms. We look forward to doing business with them in April 2023.

I called in am and left a message, Cory called me back right away and actually had a tech finishing up another job locally and could arrive at our house within two hours. Chris arrived for a diagnostic check on heater system right on time. Chris was pleasant, professional and determined what the problem was. The news about our system wasn’t good but Chris just presented the facts and did not try to push anything on us. He was very pleasant and gave us good information. We would use them again. Very responsive and professional. Promptly provided a very competitive proposal. My 2 ton mini-split was installed within 10 days even during the peak of summer heat. Outstanding service follow up and the system has been working flawlessly both in cooling and heating.
